Sanitisation
Our sanitisation process includes a full Virucidal sanitisation to all surfaces, focusing on touch points including equipment, furniture, doors, handles, switches, buttons, workstations, floors, kitchens, washrooms etc as per client request. All operatives will attend with appropriate PPE eg disposable gloves and masks relevant to individual situation.
Decontamination
For sites that have been contaminated with COVID-19 we offer a full decontamination clean to all areas/surfaces using the backpack sprayer. All operatives will attend with full PPE to include bodysuit, face mask, eye protection, disposable gloves and overshoes.

About Electrostatic Spraying
The cleaning industry in general has now ascertained that there is an unmet need in chemical application and a need for advanced technology in order to prevent the spread of viruses.
Xpedia are now using the Victory Innovations Electrostatic Backpack and Handheld sprayers for pro-active infection prevention and control using the Safe Zone Plus product which has a dwell time of 5 minutes and is safe to use on all hard surfaces.
These sprayers are based on the principle that opposite charges attract and like charges repel. Two positively charged things will repel each other.
This system places a positive charge on the liquid before entering the nozzle allowing the maximum levels of liquid to be charged and sprayed at negatively charged surfaces (most surfaces are either negative or neutral) allowing the droplets to spread out more evenly to seek out a negative or neutral surface for a more complete coverage of the targeted area using less liquid.

Application
The sprayer has a maximum reach distance of up to 5 feet but we have the availability of an extender wand to increase this reach for those higher levels. The length of drying time required will be dependent on the pre-selected particle size, temperature and humidity.
All of our teams have now been certified in infection prevention and use of electrostatic sprayers.
